By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jidbuz platform — including its website, mobile browser interface, betting markets, casino games, payment facilities, promotional offers, or customer support services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jidbuz platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and jidbuz. They apply to all aspects of your relationship with jidbuz, including your account, your deposits and withdrawals, your participation in betting markets and casino games, your receipt of bonuses and promotions, and your interactions with our customer support team.

jidbuz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The most current version will always be published at https://jidbuz.net/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly stated at the top. Your continued use of the jidbuz platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English and should be interpreted according to their plain English meaning. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity of any other provision.

Access to and use of jidbuz is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jidbuz does not permit gambling by anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing jidbuz from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your location before registering or placing any bet.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by jidbuz or by any third-party responsible gaming scheme to which jidbuz subscribes.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or agent of jidbuz, nor are you a close family member of any such person, in relation to betting activity on markets that jidbuz offers.

jidbuz takes its commitment to preventing underage gambling with the utmost seriousness. We reserve the right to request proof of age from any account holder at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a government-issued birth certificate accompanied by a photo ID. If satisfactory proof of age is not provided within the time frame specified by our support team, jidbuz reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold all funds pending investigation.

Where jidbuz has reason to believe that a registered account holder is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately frozen. Any winnings generated during the period in which the account was operated by a minor will be voided. Deposits made by a minor will be returned to the payment method used, subject to any applicable processing requirements. jidbuz will report cases of suspected underage gambling to the relevant authorities where required by law.

To access the full range of jidbuz services — including placing bets on BPL and IPL cricket markets, playing casino games from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, or Ezugi, and making deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket — you must register a jidbuz account by providing accurate and complete information as requested on the registration form.

When registering, you agree to provide truthful information including your real full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh (including division and district), a valid mobile number registered under your name with a Bangladeshi mobile operator (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Airtel, or Teletalk), and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

Each individual may register and operate only one jidbuz account. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same mobile number, the same email address, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. jidbuz employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited at jidbuz's sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jidbuz account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jidbuz will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate password security. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number, which is available in your jidbuz account settings.

If you believe your jidbuz account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. jidbuz will investigate all reported incidents of unauthorised account access and take appropriate remedial action, which may include temporarily freezing the account pending verification.

jidbuz accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank transfers may be available; please consult the Payments section of your account for the current list of active deposit channels.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper limit on single deposits, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification requirements as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Deposits are credited to your jidbuz wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jidbuz is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

Withdrawals may be requested to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours and are typically completed within 24 hours of approval. jidbuz reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.

All funds deposited into your jidbuz account must be used for gambling activity on the jidbuz platform. jidbuz does not operate as a payment processing service or digital wallet. Funds that are deposited and withdrawn without meaningful gambling activity may be subject to investigation under our AML policy, and jidbuz reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of such funds pending completion of that investigation.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name.
• Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits made from a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in another person's name — are strictly prohibited.
• jidbuz does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees, though your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash) may apply their own transaction charges.
• Currency conversion is not applicable — all transactions on jidbuz are conducted in BDT.
• Chargebacks initiated through your payment provider without prior contact with jidbuz support will be treated as a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

jidbuz offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket season promotions tied to BPL and IPL fixtures, Eid and Pohela Boishakh seasonal campaigns, and cashback on live casino activity. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each individual offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and validity periods.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement must generate ৳10,000 in total eligible bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable as cash. Wagering requirements, eligible game contributions, and time limits are stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. Players are encouraged to read these terms carefully before opting into any offer.

jidbuz reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that are found to have been claimed through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, the use of multiple accounts, or any other form of manipulation will be voided and the associated winnings forfeited. In serious cases, the player's account may be suspended or permanently closed.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• jidbuz's decision regarding bonus eligibility and wagering compliance is final and binding.
• Bonuses are issued in BDT and credited to the player's bonus wallet within the jidbuz account dashboard.
• Unless otherwise stated, free bets and free spins expire 7 days from the date of issue.

All bets placed on cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and domestic first-class tournaments — are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each market type. These rules govern how bets are settled, how void bets are handled, how results are verified, and how disputes are resolved. Betting rules are published within the relevant section of the jidbuz platform.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by jidbuz, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where jidbuz's cash-out facility is available and the player chooses to exercise it before the event concludes. All confirmed bets are binding. It is the player's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all bet selections — including the event, the market, the selection, and the stake — before confirming placement.

jidbuz reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a technical error, or placed in circumstances that constitute grounds for voiding under our betting rules (for example, a match that is abandoned before reaching the minimum number of overs required for settlement purposes). In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account.

For casino games sourced from certified providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Habanero, Spribe, and Ezugi, the rules of each individual game govern play and outcomes. All games use independently audited random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, genuine physical dealing. The game result displayed on your screen is the final result. In the event of a dispute between the player's client-side display and the jidbuz server-side record, the server-side record shall prevail.

• jidbuz reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or game at its sole discretion.
• Players may not use any software, tool, or method that provides an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event without prior notice.
• Winnings on casino games are credited to the player's account wallet immediately upon the conclusion of each game round.
• jidbuz is not responsible for losses incurred due to a player's internet connection failure during a live bet or game session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jidbuz platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh:

• Underage gambling: Registering or using jidbuz while under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account in your own name or in the names of family members or associates to exploit bonus offers or circumvent account restrictions.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification, or misrepresenting your location or eligibility.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage, or coordinated play across multiple accounts.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the jidbuz platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game format available on jidbuz.
• Match fixing: Betting on any sporting event the outcome of which you have sought to influence, or which you have prior insider knowledge of, constitutes match fixing and is a serious criminal offence under Bangladeshi law.
• Money laundering: Using jidbuz to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime. jidbuz maintains a strict AML policy and reports suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your mobile financial services provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) without first raising the matter with jidbuz support.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to jidbuz systems, databases, or the accounts of other players, or attempting to interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

jidbuz employs a combination of automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. If you become aware of any suspicious behaviour on the platform — including apparent match fixing, fraud, or collusion — please report it to our support team immediately at [email protected].

You may close your jidbuz account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining balance from your wallet. jidbuz will process any final withdrawal to your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Once your account is closed, access to historical betting and gaming records will no longer be available through the platform.

If you wish to take a break from gambling without permanently closing your account, jidbuz offers a range of responsible gaming tools including cooling-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) and temporary self-exclusion for periods of up to 6 months. jidbuz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or AML verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.
• A request from a law enforcement authority, regulatory body, or payment provider in Bangladesh or internationally.
• Suspected underage gambling or misrepresentation of age or identity.
• jidbuz's reasonable business judgment that continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is suspended by jidbuz pending investigation, the player's deposited funds will be held securely and will not be used for any operational purpose. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and all funds restored. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms and Conditions, jidbuz reserves the right to forfeit part or all of the balance in the account in proportion to the nature of the breach.

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and jidbuz in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or arrangements.
